Making glass crystal bead---Improved auto machine cut AAA round rondelle bead2

Video 8:

Step 1:put the beads in a custom-made mould,the beads will be half part inside and another half part outside,but this mould can not hold the beads very tight.
Step 2:stick the resin powder to the outside part of the beads.
Step 3:burn the crystal beads,so the resin powder will hold the beads very tight.
step 4:the worker check carefully if all the beads sticked to the mould.
step 5:put the proper quantity of these mould(stick with beads) in the auto faceted machine.
step 6:the auto machine cutted the half part of the beads,in the meantime,put another polish plate to polish the beads.
step 7:finish the half part,take the beads out of the machine,wash them.
step 8:put another half part of the beads in the mould,repeat from the first step.
