U know i wonder if we have met if my family would have stayed in the Bay. I was born in San Francisco (General hospital to be exact). I think I would've fit well there even if i wasn't filipino. Are there alot of Laotion or Thai people there?

My bf was born in SF Gen too haha. Anyhoo, there are Laotians and Thais and Indonesians and lots and lots of other ethnicities here in the Bay and of course you'll fit well...like I said, it's not the skin color...it's how you interact with others. In US Filipinos account for the most GDP than any other asians, they make more money that chinese, or japanese, or koreans, mainly because a large pool of them are educated in american universities and they make the largest asian minorities in the US..

She's telling the truth when it comes to her own personal experience. She's a pretty filipina woman, who is fairly assimilated. Physical attraction has a way of making people (esp. white males in power) look beyond undesirable ethnic backgrounds in white communities. Ask a typical filipino male the same question. I'm sure you'll find a huge disparity in their answers.

yup, like they would say : hey jini are you spanish? do you speak spanish, no habla espanol? to me apparently. i just don't like that. im full filipino and they say such. just makes me pissed. im filipino and they won't accept me. what a cruel world peoples

yes i was born in the philippines and i hate other filipinos cause they stink!! I always descriminate other filipinos cause they stink!!
