Wow! We hunt out of the Adirondacks in NY. Got a nice 10 pointer this season. I have a video up on my page of it.

The name of that hog is jabalí (sing.) jabalíes (pl.). That animal is not native, they brought from Europe many decades ago.

@argentinaperono THANK you so much for that information! I had never heard this before. As a hog hunter, I really enjoyed watching these pigs. They do have a very long snout compared to our hogs in Texas. Regards.

Look like alot of fun...one day in my future I plan to go to Argentina or New Zealand. Thanks for sharing. Did you get to dove hunt?

@kennygtexas No but I saw LOTS and LOTS of dove. In the evenings, the trees were so full of roosting birds.

Its not clear how you killed the snake? I am scared of snakes and always not clear how to kill them. With Foot or Showel or just shot it?

@colonist The shovel was all we had other than arrow, and the guide was screaming like a girl so I took care of it. He was terrified of snakes. I cut it's head off and the mouth continued to open and close so I buried it for him. Some people are phobic and this was one of those people.
