So if a condom breaks will liberals sue the government? Gives a new meaning to welfare babies.

What ever happened to the days of people did the honorable thing? If you want to "get lucky" isn't part of the mating ritual proving that you can support a woman? If you're such a failure and so lazy that you need government condoms, I don't think you deserve to "get lucky".

What next? Subsidies for hookers? Prostitute rebates? It just shows that liberals are ****ing nuts.
