  • Don't get me wrong, the new jeeps are decent 4x4's, but why is it that everyone who owns one thinks they own a tank? Apparently, Chrysler tells you once you get a jeep, you're an un-stoppable force off road.

  • that's where you got it the wrong way around, its the Jeep guys that i get tired of hearing crap out of. It may be different on your area but here its the Jeep guys that are talking most of the crap. And mud has nothing to do with it,sure some trails the Jeep will do better because its smaller and lighter but there are trails i can do in my Bronco that the Jeep guys wish they could do.Besides the Baddest Jeeps are all built using Ford and Chevy parts cause the Jeep parts wont last.

  • @bearfoot25 and then came the JK rubicon unlimited to shut down the market ... BTW i just purchased a yello 01 xterra like yours pick it up on thursday ... i was wondering what is the biggest tire size you can fit on there without sacrificing suspension travel on a stock Xterra?

  • Now i can understand were a Jeep is a tough son-of-a-bitch, and dont get me wrong, Chevy, Ford are tough as well. but if your truck is small and you aim for the biggest mudhole, knowin you aint gettin out, then of course your gonna get stuck, its not the Jeep itself, its the idiot driver thinkin it will make it, and to that Jeep driver makin that truck look like a fool, i say what dumbass

  • @bearfoot25 the 4.0 will always last. dana 35 rear and dana 30 front, not so much.

  • Well when i had my jeep i didnt really talk shit but it did impress a lot of people even when it was stock. I truly believe the majority of the skill comes from the driver not the rig.

  • shits fucked

  • hahaha...jeeps

  • @390MUDDIN

The thing to jeeps - they're great offroad vehicles. if you're not a dumbass.

  • I live in a small state in "Australia" an out of the locals my mates have the most capable rigs:

1: range rover with twin locked diffs and 35" maxxis creepy crawlers

2: suzuki serira with 3.8L comodore V6 hilux axles and 35"s twin locked

3: i have a tj wrangler with 3.5"s of lift only and 35" maxxis creepy crawlers and ARB air lockers front and rear with reduction gears.
