hello!.. how long does it take to get the dogs used to water? did you have to start training from a pup? hope your doglets are doing great :)

@julz7196 They just hoped right in, the secret is lots of encouragement, tell them they're good boys. They were confident after their 2/3 go.

my huskie HATED water. Our neighbors called the animal "cops" once on us because when we bathed him it sounded like we were torturing him....

I have a question, I'm just curious--do the dogs know that the pool water isnt good to drink? I'd think they'd smell the chlorine and that would discourage them from drinking it but I wasnt sure :Oc

Now that is the proper way to train a dog to swim. I've seen people just toss there dogs in thinking they could swim automatically and they start to drown.. Stupid people out there I tell ya.
