Thank you Joe Rees. Stellar camera work. I lived in The City from 80 to 84 and The Jim Carroll Band and the Mabuhay Gardens were parts of my core. Was very aware of Target Video in those halcyon days. You were brilliant. What a joy to see an early genuine film of the band doing this song. Powerful stuff. Another thing that mattered to me: Dead Kennedys at the Mab. at any rate, thanks for posting.

Thank you for posting this video. Now I read Patti Smith's "Just Kids" and it reminds me of Jim Carroll. I have read his Basketball Diaries over 20 years before and owned his albums. Recently I shared this video in my weblog. Thanks again.
