I am a (new) search and Rescue dog handler and those turn offs on the road for "logging" where they "couldn't finish the buildings" is a search and rescue and public safety training sight lolthe buildings that are there were built to be demolished the one that is unfinished was unfinished on purpose haha. I just found that out today when I got briefed on an upcoming training session we are doing out there.

@mandachaos Hey, thanks for that info. I always wondered what they were for-and knew nothing more than what I was told. If you use Bing maps, you can see a small shack back there-I wondered if it was a radio transmitter tower or something. Thanks for the info-

@KingRavenMKII not sure at your comment and if you are trying to imply something, but no I am not a Tool fan and I don't know everything.  i made this mokumentary a decade after i drove a civic 4wd down it every day to get home. as these are "urban legends" i thought i'd make a video-as no one had previously.

"ischul" kind of a corny vid but i guess people seem to like it..... but ive lived in yorktown my whole life, knowa couple of people that live off of crawford rd. i actually hunt on crawford on a small legal part. but you were saying youve gon 60 down crawford in a 4x4 car... ive def gone crawford at 75 mph in a chevy silverado with 33 inch tired and a 3 in lift..... and have done 80 in a friends car. but.... i drive down crawford every day and just recently seen two occasions of people.....

@yorkballa I was bored and decided to make a mockumentry; I was living in Richmond and it was hard to explain tell friends about it, so i made a video. yeah, even with 4wd, a civic wagon isn't the best handling vehicle. mad props to you though for hitting those speeds-

there is also a tale about a black truck not a car he gets behind ur car wth no lights on and he tries to scare u and he tries to kill u that is a true story he dont like to hear your horn go off under the bridge  so its a true story i heard so many people tell me that story there all from gloucester va so its very scary at midnight and u honk ur horn he comes right up behind u aqnd hits u from behind thankl u
