In the upcoming episode of Mythbusters, "Ninjas 2", the Mythbusters put more ninja myths to the test including whether or not it's possible to catch an arrow.
New season of MythBusters starts August 6, 2008. "Ninjas 2" airs August 20, 2008.

A friend of mine who is really into sports used to catch arrows, however I'm not sure whether our sports bow was really high end and whether it could compete with the bow in the video. But with our bow (which might have been lethal as well) it was possible to catch an arrow.
