You could have just had a falconer imp its feathers and send it on its merry way... Oh and a "raptor returning to the wild" is nothing special since no matter what species it is, if wild caught it will revert back to wild in a week out of captivity.

That's wonderful! I love happy endings. I used to work in a wildlife center with injured animals but unfortunately they couldn't be released. Thanks for sharing this video!
