for what it's worth, I saw the rest of the episode (do I get points for admitted that?). Carol's reaction to Greg moving out was less of a mother/son thing and more like that of a betrayed lover. Trust me when I say context doesn't make this clip seem any less weird. Hilarious of course, but still yucky.

Okay I know what this scene really was about when I saw it on TV Land, and I know the whole mother/son/date thing Barry Williams wrote about in his book.

So knowing that and watching this, considering this video is taking the mother/son/date route, I laughed SO HARD watching this! He started singing "Making Love was just for fun" I bout pissed myself!!! I haven't laughed this hard in the longest time!!!!

On the one hand it's just actors so if they did anything off show when he was legal its there business, on the other hand if this is suppose to be a mother singing about her son moving out and him responding, then the lyric he sings *making love was just for fun* is innapropriate and disturbing.

Actually as I remember, Greg was moving out and on and Carol was reminising about the past. But let's face facts, this is a terrible segment.
