Typhoon class submarine: 'Red October submarine'
The Red October was a fictional hybrid typhoon class submarine made famous by the Tom Clancy book and movie.. but never existed in real life.
Akula class submarine
Los Angeles class submarine
Sea wolf class submarine
Virginia submarine (mentioned but not pictured).
The famous Typhoon class submarine is the biggest submarine ever built. In all, 6 were made by the Soviet Union. It was so big... it had a double hull and a swimming pool!
