@hipp0cat well the video's are still great...OH! interesting side note....everyone thinks that the timberwolf was called a mad cat by the innersphere because it means a crazy feline but in fact it meant that resembles a cross between the marauder and a catapolt so they took the seriel numbers mad and cat to make "mad cat" Oh also I don't know if you mentioned this but the first mech they see on the cover is a mad dog (called vulture by the inner sphere).

well actually that flying mech looks just like the Zentradi (spelling?) command pod from robotech/macross. now I know that I'm not as knowledgeable in Battletech lore as most but I always wondered on why they never made more advanced mechs such as thous in gundam and what note heh.
one last thing I use to love this game when I was in my teens and wish they would have this on xbox live or make a new mechworrier game :P.

Actually some mechs in Battletech are 'borrowed' from Macross. That's why new Mechwarrior 3015 game is experiencing some copyright problems.

@hipp0cat actually in all fairness don't get me wrong I think you're doing a terrific job. THe wasp was based off the same fighter: robotech VF-1s the Pheonix hawk was the VF-1s with missile fast packs (aka the super vf-1s) so they do look alot alike.

This praise is undeserved) I had to ask for help identifying these mechs in one Battletech community.
