I got the crosshair imag but o one of the screens the crosshair would not show just the outline box??/

What you could do is type in crosshairs in to google images then get rid of the white or black background by using a composite mode. It works really fine!

Filmriot has got a more realistic sniperscope, which is a .PNG file, so you don't need the chroma key :-P

i dont know how to put the lines through the screen and it wont move it doesent even give me the option

@PussPussProductions. Sadly, no. iMovie doesn't have much by the means of compositing. But, if you feel like you can put out 200 dollars, Final Cut Express is a wonderful program and can help you make better videos with effects and features that iMovie can't even dream of creating. The sniper scope is one of them.
