In what looks like a disaster relief effort or a makeshift hospital in an impoverished 3rd-world country, doctors and dentists in Los Angeles, California volunteered to offer free medical care to people who can't afford it. So many people are showing up, they're overwhelmed. This is a stark reminder for the need for comprehensive healthcare reform in the United States.

"that's not exactly how it goes..." You have to be specific because I mentioned US & socialized countries.

Two of my sisters & a brother-in-law lived in France over 10 years (who had experiences in French health care sys.), other brother-in-law is a Hispanic from a Latin American country (& his relative a nuerosurgeon in a major LA hospital), my father has been in medical field nearly 40 years, & one of my sisters is a registered nurse in LA, so I think I know well "how it goes."
