One tip on that foil insulating you put on the inside of your cold frame walls: Seal the edges so water does not penetrate it. Once water penetrates the polyiso board, it loses its insulation value and falls apart. A better choice might be to use 1/2" Dow styrofoam. It has closed cells and you do not have to seal the edges. It will last much longer. Not sure if it is available in foil-faced. Its the blue board stuff, not the white, polystyrene. Polystyrene hardly has any R-value & is worthless.

Slightly discouraging video, with sophisticated thechnology used (equipment and tools most people would not have access to), drawings that many people may not understand, variety of woods used. Should look simpler.
