  • can i put a fisheye lens on this??

  • @ScPoElNeCER The lens is not interchangeable, but you can check the specs on the link located under the video to see if there is a built-in fisheye lens option.

  • Shame, So many good things but no zoom while recording videos.

  • @ronmichaeli Bummer!

  • @ScPoElNeCER you can do a "homemade" fisheye

  • I hate it when people say "10 times optical zoom" — 10 times what??? It tells you nothing about how wide or how telephoto it can shoot at.

  • @ronmichaeli I guess they didn't allow it because they didn't know how to surpress the zoom sound of the objective. For me it remains a side feature anyway. The good thing about it is the slow motion mode <3 :)

  • @assailant85 Well, I do like to zoom in, in movies, and with this kind of cameras it really doesn't matter if it looks professional or not. Making a compact wide zoom camera without zooming in movies is prety unprofessional today. By now it considered as an old camera anyway and I have the Nikon D90 & the Samsung w650, a little slow but a nice cam with X12 zoom, also in shooting videos, so it doesn't really matter to me anymore.

    Good day.

  • @ronmichaeli I think zoom in videos is destroying it. it looks sooo bad. I mean, not even movies use zoom! just hit stop, zoom and hit start. looks much better and not so amateur like

  • whatsthe closest the cameran will focus to when filming at 1000fps??

  • I own one and I love the camera - great still photos, sharp HD (720p) and DVD quality slow motion. It's also incredibly small for a camera with all those features.

  • @ronmichaeli Thanks. But I wouldn't advice anyone to buy a Samsung camera right now. They don't have good image quality from what I've read. That Samsung is pretty good except fro image quality. But yeah, I agree; if you have the D90, what else do you need?

  • @KiyoshiAugustus Thanks for the reply. I'm sure it's a good camera, although I'm not a Casio fan. I can't trust Casio in cameras yet. I searched for a point & shoot but I liked the Samsung WB650 more and from my experience It is a very nice cam. I already have the Nikon D90 so what more do I need?

    Have fun shooting.

  • @ronmichaeli When you have this camera, then you wont worry that much about that. I have one and it looks good, it takes good quality images and it makes slow-mo videos dude! haha, small price to pay. And you can just use the digital zoom or zoom before taking the video. Not that big a deal, its a pretty cool camera.
