  • Thanks for breaking it down so it's easier to understand for non-techies like myself. Creating a template for business emails saves me so much time!

  • I also use this same method too. It saves me tons of time from having to write the same things over and over. Another clever method is to create various signatures (but then the address and subject fields aren't pre populated.)
