Im up to 70 now!!! Soon to be 100..Regular everyday routine right now, I do this before and after my workouts..will be increasing as the weeks go pass.

  • i like doing them fast like that for endurance, but for getting nice big bigger muscle going slow down and fast back up is a whole other world! cant even compare the results of slow vs fast push ups!

  • god but if you do your push ups alot slower it will work your arms harder and better. 5 realy fast 1s are like 2 good slow 1s. they do alot more work

  • i think you should move your lower back up a bit, to make yourself more level, but good workout overall, try other styles of pushups too (if you dont usually)
