What exercise would you recommend supplementing the battle rope slams with if you dont have those available and want to replicate this workout as closely as you can?

This is an awesome workout! I also like doing complex training. It's a great way to build size, strength, and power. The only thing I would change is the rest interval should only be the time to transition to the power exercise, not a full 30 seconds.
