Just some notes on the new format from someone who's been secretly watching for a while...
Short intro works much better. Intros generally just piss people off. Fade the fire crackling sound effect to about 30% when you start speaking.
Move the little info/ad bar down to be about 30-50px from the bottom of the video. Being just a little bit below the middle is jarring. Also reconsider the gradient you're using as well as the font.
I like the subtle use of cam audio in the background.

You do realize of course that if I ever get to Australia I am not staying in a hotel! I will be staying with you guys and eating all of your food! Yup! Sounds about right to me! Yup! You guys have a killer Christmas and a Happy New Year! Cheers!
What was the wire in the pork for?

@stylemesweet Yep as mentioned below it's a temperature probe for a wireless meat thermometer :)

@PlatypusGuitar Thanks buddy, it's just to keep the moisture out of it, moisture is the biggest killer of crackling, and you can't have roast pork without crackling :)

Awesome! Someone has been doing their homework -- the new angles and lighting look great :) -- and so does the roast and potatoes!
