Lubro Moly 5w30 is really good I go about 7000 miles with it. Got my oil analyzed after 5000 and they told me i could have gone more the oil was still highly viscious

why would you use the horrible mobil one on your e46!? AHH. Royal Purple or Valvoline is what I prefer, but not to hate is there a reason you prefer M1? I put it in my Harley once and its always made it run like crap.

@TheBMdubstep Haha, I guess it's all user preference, I've had really great luck with Castrol and this time I just happened to use Mobil 1.
