This is a video done by a Kunama group. Kunama being one of Eritrea's nine tribes and one of if not the first group to inhabit present day Eritrea - dating back to prehistoric times. Many times when singing and acting out the Kunama tell a story rooted in history, relating to their struggles, conflicts and other happenings pertaining to them. This is not only relayed by the words they use but the dances they do among other things.

@katrachovago This has nothing to do with punta, your ancestors came from west Africa not east Africa.

What linguistic or cultural attributes that you see made you come to the conclusion that the Kunamas have similar origination as the zahawas of Chad, Libya and Sundan? Do you see any anthroplogical explaination for the similarities. I wonder if the Zahawas are also Nilotic?
