@lofosus in this video quark looks like cream but it usually is not creamy (unless you add cream), generally we have hard and soft cheese, often for production hard cheese we use rennet not bacteries, and for quark you don't need to add bacteries they are there, that's becuse you probably can not make that cheese in every part of the world (naturally) - different bacteries

Wie viele Cafe Extrablatt hat Mainz eigentlich? Ich bin auch mal im Cafe Extrablatt gewesen aber es war 100%-ig nicht dieses.
