The SpeakEasy: An Introduction

Directed by Alex Seel of Ordervision, an interview with SpeakEasy founder, Cavalier and regular host, Faro-Z of New Rap Order shares highlights, special moments, and the motivation behind "The SpeakEasy". A monthly, Thursday night event that travels from neighborhood to neighborhood, in private homes and spaces across the city, The SpeakEasy is approaching its one year anniversary. This reflection takes supporters and newcomers alike on a short but informative trip through what the first months of this social movement have been like. We would like to sincerely thank all of the hosts, neighborhoods, painters, performers, patrons, community members and organizations and beautiful people who have assisted in re-establishing this amazing word of mouth tradition. We are truly an amazing community and we are growing!!
