This is not a sign of Intelligence (IQ) but it IS a sign of what we could call Social Intelligence (SQ). People who are able to quickly read aloud or quickly think of a list of related objects have an advanced ability to interact (but does not mean they are any better at communication).
You can do tests like this to find out how social people are and how often they talk to others. This lady clearly spends allot of time chatting :).
