In this video I talk about outsourcing a custom email template for my client's Wordpress website.
To collect medical information about their patients, a web form is displayed on their site with the Contact Form 7 plugin for Wordpress.

Patients fill out the web form and submit their medical info to my client, who is a dentist.

After the patient submits the form, my client receives an email with the patient's info in plain text...which is difficult to read and doesn't look well on paper.

They wanted the patients info to arrive in their inbox and look similar to their actual paper forms.
