The Church and 501c3

I subscribe to the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) and the American Family Alert (AFA) and about two years ago I got an e-mail from the ADF saying they were looking for pastors to join their cause so I called Ben Bull, Chief Counsel for the ADF to find out more and what I can do to help their cause. He told me that they were looking for small time pastors to pick a fight with the IRS so that they can come to the rescue and sue the agency for First Amendment violations. The Lord had already ministered to me about this situation so I shared with Ben what The Lord had given me concerning the situation. The greatest issue is the contract or Articles of Incorporation that is signed when you incorporate. It states right in there that your church can not:

preach politically incorrect sermons (propaganda)
influence legislation
participate in political action
endorse candidates
oppose candidates
publish or distribute political positions

This was brought about by LBJ. He knew the power of the Church collectively and wanted to put an end to it's influence. You must agree, he succeeded. But only now the repercussions of the Johnson Act of 1954 has taken full affect on the Church and the worse is soon to come. The only Biblical way out is to UN-incorporate the Church and stand on the sovereign power of God given in the First Amendment.

Hey Kev, It doesn't have to be of God, our Creator, although that was the original intent. The Church of Satan has the same rights under the First Ammendment. The eccklesia should not, and does not depend on the government for protection. Isn't that Ya-weh's job? Keep the Faith in Truth brother.

So, if i became ordained and started my own ministries regardless of what i would be as long it is of God, I am not obligated to go under the 501c3? What steps would I need to take then to protect myself besides exercising my first amendment rights if the need arise that i would have to deal with problems in the future. Just asking. I always felt something was wrong, it's hard to explain it but spiritually I always felt something was wrong.
