Consumer Vouchers will release on 18th January 2009, the relevant questions of Consumer Vouchers in order to answer the people, will entrust one of our big customer to handle Consumer Vouchers Call Center, launched formally on 5th January 2009 until end of September 2009.




The Call Center was put into 26 agents first on 5th January morning, included 20 customer service agents and 6 supervisors, but whether the inquiry telephone exceeded expectancy, consulting telephone over 40,000 inbound calls poured on 5th January 2009, The Call Center double hands promptly. The service hours: 08:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week.




Taiwanese needs to spend it from 18th January to 30th April 2009. The consumers will purchase items from shops using the Vouchers and only the stores are allowed to redeem the Vouchers in exchange for money from the bank.




PS: The call center has near 200 agents to service consumers and the peak time over 3,000 inbound calls per hour.
