Is this line only a tourist line or is there freight and regular passenger traffic, too?

When I was there trains were being run only during the dry season for visitors , there has been talk of regular passenger and freight services but not sure if anything has happened in that respect
thanks for watching

You've got to love it; between 2:35 to 2:37and 4:40 to 4:47 is man doing a job that's nearly extinct for every other train in the world. Except perhaps for his title "the brakeman" walks around the train with a walkie-talkie now-a-days reporting anomolies
