Yes YOU can do it - naturally. This is truly the fasttrack route. No gimmicks or miracles because simple things work!

  • hello. i train 5-6 days a week  using weights and body weight but very rarely machines. my schedule is a bit chaotic but as long as i work intensely i get decent results. i never use charts or logs as life is too short!

  • the best tip was to be patient, you didnt get fat in a week. So many people who have been fat their whole life want to see huge results right away so they do crazy stuff like get stomach rings and pills

  • @markbaileypd That's great, but what do charts/logs have to do with life's length? I think it's actually good to keep a chart so you can see your improvements. Improvements help with motivation/determination more than you can imagine.

  • I agree with you! I'm 5'8", 110 lbs and have never dieted. Just eat healthy, nutritious food + lots of water + exercise a few times a week :)
