Nick -- [hugs her tighter] everythings okay Leah [hears a gunshot]
Leah -- [screams, buries her head in his chest] no its not!
Nick -- [starts to get up]
Leah -- what are you doing?!
Nick -- im going to see what happened
Leah --are you crazy! What if you get hurt
Nick -- i wont dont worry
Leah -- Nick please dont go [wraps her arms around his waist] please please please
Nick -- fine [lays back down on the bed] are you working tmrw?
Leah -- nope but Olivia is taking me shopping
Nick -- who?
Leah -- she works at the restaurant with me
Nick -- oh..you know she looks a lot like you
Leah -- not really
Nick -- a bit
Leah -- well i dont see it
Nick -- [kisses her head] you should go to sleep
Leah -- [smiles] kay [closes her eyes, falls asleep]
Nick -- [pulls her closer to him, falls asleep]

Nick -- [sitting on the couch, looks at the door]
Joe -- [comes in] what are you doing?
Nick -- waiting for Leah to come home
Joe -- where is she?
Nick -- shopping
Joe -- why dont you just call Haylee or Jesse
Nick -- yeah maybe i will..did you hear the gunshot last night?
Joe -- yeah it was just some stupid kids messing around
Nick -- who?
Joe -- i donno who they were
Nick -- oh...maybe i should call Leah
Joe -- she doesnt have a phone remember?
Nick -- oh yeah. Well she needs a phone
WITH LEAH
Leah -- [walking thru the mall with Olivia] thanks for taking me shopping today
Olivia -- it was no problem sweetie
Leah -- but i dont think you should have paid for it all
Olivia -- dont worry about it
Leah -- are you sure? I mean----
Olivia -- its fine Leah, do you want to go get our nails done?
Leah -- [smiles] sure

Nick -- i cant go
Haylee -- why not!
Nick -- because i want to stay with Leah
Jesse -- just bring her to the party Nick, i mean shes probably already going

Jesse -- well Erics going to be there

Haylee -- thats only cuz hes with Leah

Eric -- did you invite Joe to the party?
Lucas -- yeah i invited him Nick and Kevin

Eric -- Lucas i was kinda planning something for this party

Eric -- shes coming

Eric -- i was planning on taking Leahs virginity

Leah -- [walks into the house] hi guys [sits down] whats going on
Joe -- Nick missed you
Nick -- [glares at him] i did not!
Joe -- youve been talking about her basically all day
Nick -- whatever Joe
Leah -- im going to go upstairs for a bit [goes upstairs]
Nick -- you cant tell her i missed her!
Joe -- why not? Its true
Nick -- [rolls his eyes, goes upstairs, goes into Leahs room]
Leah -- [sitting on her bed, looking thru all the clothes she bought
Nick -- hi Leah
Leah -- hey Nick..so did you really miss me?
Nick -- maybe a little [sits on her bed]
Leah -- [smiles] you missed me!
Nick -- so what? Your going to tease me now?
Leah -- [giggles] yeah
Nick -- [grabs his arms around her waist, pulls her onto his lap]
Leah -- wanna see what i bought to wear to the party?
Nick -- sure
Leah -- [gets off him, grabs one of the bags and goes into her closet]
Nick -- so your going to the party with Eric right?
Leah -- yeah, why?
Nick -- just wondering
Leah - are you going to go with Haylee?
Nick -- i donno
Leah -- [changes her clothes, walks out of the closet]
Nick -- [looks at her, gets a bit horny] i am so not letting you out of the house looking like that!
