try to move the arms and hands a bit less and try to make the leg movements more smooth.

I see the only quirkyness in the arms in that they look a little stiff. That's all.

Your animation is a little stiff, not to be a critic. I think your doing great. Just try to make the walk a little more fluid. Check out some tutorials on traditional animation walk cycles.
