President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday felicitated the Iranian nation on production of nuclear fuel at industrial level, urging opposing parties in West to lift their self-established hurdles to negotioation with I.R. of Iran.

"From now on, Iran is placed in the category of the nations producing fuel at industrial level. As servant of the great nation, let me extend my felicitations on the success."

President Ahmadinejad deplored that enemies of Iran are annoyed with progress of the Iranian nation in every field.

"The enemies of the Iranian nation have come to the scene to stop Iran from making progress in the field of science and technology. They are using the UN Security Council as a tool to stop Iranian success in producing nuclear energy," President Ahmadinejad said in his address at Natanz nuclear site.

"The Iranian nation has taken great strides in the field of industry and medicine by relying upon their own talent and initiatives," he said.

He pointed to presence of million-strong people in the February 11 rallies across the country and said that they encouraged the executive officials to proceed with the program.

President Ahmadinejad declared that Iran is ready for dialogue and cooperation in nuclear field.

"We warmly welcome other governments' offer for cooperation and dialogue in the (nuclear) field," said President Ahmadinejad at the National Nuclear Festival.

Ahmadinejad called on the governments failing to get fair knowledge about today's realities and the Iranian nation's rights, to stop bullying and opposing the Iranian nation.

"They should know that the Iranian people are following their Leader with full wisdom, faith and unity and they are prepared to defend their rights," announced the president, adding that the course taken by the Iranian nation towards progress is "irreversible."
