Failed attempt at igniting a propane tank with thermite

Here we placed a flower pot with a big hole at the bottom for water irrigation (or for the easy flow of liquid metal) above the propane tank. Our attempt didnt work because the flower pot needed to be further away from the tank to prevent a molten blockage like what happened here.
