Hi compost guy,
Get two of the same buckets. Drill holes,(7 or 8)in one, place inside the undrilled bucket.Bucket with holes is your bokashi bucket. Liquid drains into the second bucket. Every now and then drain the second bucket or insert a tap. Way easier, bury the bucket with holes 3/4 of the way in a hole in the garden,bokashi juice self drains. Or,use a big garbage can,drilled with a tight lid,raccoon proof it,(I use a bungee cord on the handles)Voila!Bury contents of garbage can 2-3x year

why not put a small spigot on the bottom? The liquid can cause it to go bad and emit foul smells.
