Having delivered a vague half assed austerity budget , lacking in any clarification we are still wondering how hard we are hit , Michael Noonan Fine Gael makes Lenihan look the clown he is, Cowen trys not too pick his nose, Gogarty interupts and apparantly the third child is the enemy of the state and must be hit by cuts disgracefull budget that attacks the vuneralble as always.
