NRA: Pay-out to Burundi goes missing

It has emerged that the money that was paid to picfare company to supply scholastic materials for schools in Burundi has gone missing. The public accounts committee has established that out of the 14 million US dollars, only 3.5 million US dollars was used and the remaining 10.5 million is unaccounted for. The pay-out was used to settle Uganda's debt with Burundi in respect to the assistance the government of Burundi rendered to the NRA war fighters led by president Yoweri Museveni.
