Carry her = The ability to slam through all zombies with no problem.

OR use the Leadership book. it removes all flaws, but since you can't carry them anymore- you get to deal with zombies again rather than plowing through them like no-clip mode.

@GamiCross Wish I would've found that out, but she defected while getting repeatedly bitten by zombies and decided that it would be a better idea to repeatedly shove this grumpy looking man with a shotgun.

Also always keep a shotgun on you, give it to a survivor and drag em along with you. tell em to STAY outside a door (LT + Y on 360 controller) and they'll mow down any zombies if you have to talk to some loudmouthed survivor.

And yeah, certain survivors have a 'quirk' that if they're attacked by chuck they'll attack back-- or in Eshers case, if she's attacked by ANYTHING she'll attack Chuck (Don't give up on the game yet! )

On the Xbox version at least, I've found that leading survivors is ten times easier when you simply spam the command to call them to you, while moving through the least crowded areas.
