Crowded House concerts were so special. No matter how many people were there, it was always intimate; as if they were playing just for you. The girl's face at the end says it all. The original line up is very dearly missed.

@ClandestineBoogue I am so glad I was there- it still stands as my most memorable live musical experience. The atmosphere of the crowd, the weather was perfect, the fireworks over the harbour at the end, I walked away feeling lighter than air. Autotune proves that you can turn any sound into a hit song- not everyone can sound this brilliant live, without the safety of the studio, and remake every single song anew.

This particular song, the setting, having heard Neil or Mark say this was one of their fav CH songs- it's so haunting & poignant. And even tho' I honestly have to admit to usually preferring the studio cut versions, this is a definite exception. God, they were in fine form that night, you just didn't want it to end...
