...Fiennes looks even less like the Duke. Bess is well cast and acted. The Duke did not ever love Georgiana, though they did act as a threesome of teenage-like friends for years. Grey was 7 years her junior and she was 30/31 when she first noticed him. I really recommend the biography by Ms Foreman to get to know the real Georg-i-ana.

Georg-i-ana, not Georg-aina! No, Ralph Fiennes did not play the Duke well. He plays him too frightening and violent. The Duke was a spoiled, selfish, socially awkward, ill mannered looser who enjoyed having two women fight for his attention. Georgiana also gambled away large chunks of his estate due to her insecurity instilled by her mother, and supported by the Duke's preference for Bess. Both leading actors should have read the biography by Amanda Foreman. Keira also doesn't resemble her.

@firubbi I'm not sure, but I think our perception of 13 as unlucky has something to do with the fact that there were 13 people around the table at the Last Supper. But there are probably a few different theories that come from different religions and cultures; I'm too lazy to Google it, lol.
