  • Whoever did this for history class deserved a D, tops. The '58 Cad used a 365 cu. in. version of the 1949-1962 Barr-Cole engine. This one's an Eldorado and has "tri-power," 3 2 bbls. It was coupled to a 4 speed Dual Coupling Hydra-Matic. Give an idiot a camcorder, and...

  • I love how those rear quarter windows roll up and down

  • What exactly was the point of this project?....Love the car, but who's is it? The Teacher's?

  • Dont give up your day jobs

  • Beautiful car but I don't think a bunch of greasers would have been driving a Cadillac and it would have been easy to put this through a "vintage" video effect filter to get a bit more out of it.

  • dvdmrtnkls: You are absolutely correct! I lived in Dallas & started elementary school in the Fall of '58. We had segragated schools! At the state fair, the water fountains & washrooms were segragated. Women--forget it, if they weren't like Donna Reed on TV.

  • Very Clever! I'd like to have neighbors like that! '58 Caddys are beautiful. In fact, the '57s, '59's, '60s & '65s, as well as the '67s! Paul in Scottsdale.

  • Not only were the 1950s white people confused about which engine found in their Cadillac. They wouldn't allow Blacks to sit in the front of the bus nor earn a new Cadillac, Women were never Executives nor Managers and Jewish Families where not permitted in White Anglo Saxon Hotels & Country Clubs.

  • cute commercial, but t would have sounded better if you studied the 'radio voices' of the 1950s so it would sound more authentic

  • Great car! Nice to see the much younger generation having some fun...

  • sounds like the brakes need to be worked on.
