Power outages in Southern California, but KingIce.com is still going strong

Despite having no electricity in the building, King Ice staff members still managed to pick out jewelry, print label, and ship out hundreds of package to meet the Christmas deadline.

Fierce Santa Ana winds knocked down power lines starting on Wednesday night November 30, 2011, and continued until December 2. Hardest hit cities were Altadena, Arcadia, Covina, Duarte, El Monte, La Crescenta, Monrovia, Montebello, Rosemead, San Gabriel, Temple City, Alhambra, San Marino, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre.

Although we looked like zombies in the dark we did it by using candle lights, flash lights, printed the shipping labels at the owner's residential home, and of course....Pizza Hut.
