Portantino Confronted on the Street About AB144

Assemblyman Anthony Portantino [D-Pasadena] introduced legislation (AB144) that would criminalize the individual right to openly bear arms in California.

All to often Anthony Portantino uses lies and misinformation to promote his bill in the media and on the floor of the Legislature. This man is not the type of person to let the facts get into the way! When we saw him out on the street in front of the Capitol, we decided to ask a few questions about AB144. As you can see he couldn't get away fast enough. He couldn't defend his bill, or provide any answers to our questions.

@kelvinjavier -No, Portantino hasn't forgotten. We were reminding him everyday on his Facebook page until he blocked our posts. No response, nothing. His social networking groups amount to a one sided discussion and as you can see, he doesn't have much to say in person either. He's not the type of person to let the facts get into the way of anything.

Open carry is gay! You can't even have a round in the chamber. I rather conceal carry and keep the attention away from me. In a case when someone decides to rob a place I rather not stick out like sore thumb and become threat and target #1. I like the idea of having a round in the chamber and ready to protect myself as oppose to have to reaching for both a gun and magazine while the killer can disable me in a second. Yeah I will stick with my concealed carry and surprise the elements. H

Brings to mind a couple movies where Nicholson played Hoffa, & De Nero, Capone.

These two portrayed criminals who cared nothing for truth or right, didn't mind hurting anyone as long as they accomplished their agenda, & misused the power & authority intrusted in them to position themselves in such a way that they were able to hide behind & within the law.

Great movies & boy, they both got theirs in the end, didn't they.

Movies sure have a way of revealing the ugliness of truly evil people.
