I struggle with the scorpio, yet when I was doing the leg switch it came really easy. I've always loved watching this combo so I'm really excited to share mine with you. The video came out red though. I must have hit a setting on the camera.

with this vid it is obvious the musik is NOT kontroling your Xhibition as one would think is the intended........
feel that the presentation is more an "Xcerise" for your upp and coming performance while just happening to have some background tunes 4 listening

Do you have any tips for getting this? Every time I switch I feel like i drop way to much and this makes it really painful on the inner thighs. Please help!

I use my arm and hip to hold me in place. I clasp my hands together to hold the pole in place tightly. I try not to hesitate because that makes it more painful (at least for me it does). The quicker I switch, the less I drop and it doesn't hurt me as much. I'm still working on it myself. These were the best out of 11 tries. Keep at it!
