Video re-uploaded 8/16/2008, to add updated photos, plus interview with Earl the repair person.
This video documents an independent community-project being conducted by Loose Ties member and Church member Bob Bomboy. It is an O-gauge model railroad being built by-the-kids and for-the-kids, in the Christ Memorial Episcopal Church in Danville, Pennsylvania. This layout is open every Saturday morning from 10 am to noon to all interested kids or adults.

DONATIONS: Bob Bomboy says he has about $800 of his own money invested in this project so far, and reports it's straining his limited personal household budget. So he's soliciting additional donations. Any old O-gauge rolling stock or accessories you would be willing to DONATE, would be put to excellent use to help kids experience O-gauge model railroading, who might not otherwise have the opportunity. In particular, he's looking for operating accessories, in any condition. Bob can usually get other volunteers to repair them. For more info about donating, call the Church office at (570) 275-3905 Monday thru Thursday, 11 am - 1 pm.
