Bill won the award for "Best Male Artist International" @ The 2008 TMF Awards in Belgium.
And sorry for my little scream when they say Bill is the winner... Couldn't help myself.

I believe they were somewhere in a different country at that time.... not sure though. It isn't said. The guy at the end said something like: "I would've loved to kiss him myself here on stage but it wasn't meant to be." I didn't catch the last few words but I'm sure someone else is able to translate them.
