Gossip Girl: "I'm not here" (Chuck Bass)

PLZ watch in HD when the option appears ! :)) So, this is my entry to the semi-finals of the SYTYCV challenge [ wish me luck ! ;D ]

I never expected I'd finish it this fast .. I actually thought I'd be one of the last to enter. But then I had a huge inspiration rush and finished this in 2 days ! I didn't believe it until I was about to render this. But though, this song was incredibly hard to vid and it was definitely a huge challenge for me ! :O

The plot is actually easy: The vid takes part in the episodes after Bart Bass' accident, and shows how Chuck tries to deal with the death of his father; and also how he constantly pushes Blair away with his pain and his unapprochable kind of expressing his feelings.

WHY CHUCK TO THIS SONG?
After listening to the song a lot of times, I kind of felt that this song was perfect for Chuck's desperation in those episodes. The slow pace and the helplessness, but mainly the lyrics, portray this. For example the line "I'm not here .. this isn't happening". I interpreted it like Chuck mentally isn't present, that he's lost in his memories of his father. Also the "That there ... that's not me" portrays Chuck's situation; that he is depressed and in a lot of pain, and that this isn't the "real Chuck".
