If you say ArmA has civilians i know, but for it being a war game with cars like this makes the game even better!

If you don't like it, so don't download it. In OFP and ArmA 1 were many civilian addons as this and I didn't see anybody who told something like you. If is this able to run in ArmA 2, so I think it's no problem to use it.
In Czech Community we played Christmas race with Skoda Fabia WRC in OFP every Christmas day and we want race every Christmas in ArmA 2 too. ;)
