It is good to live in Finland, unless you think it's so safe, that nothing bad can ever happen to you, you need to know how to survive, because your car can freeze in woods anytime during the cold winter. And also it's not rare (but not too common either) to threat someone with a knife.

We have the same problem here, in Finland. I live here, because there's no poor people (and if there is, they are immigrants), I get free medical care, no matter how poor I am. But yea, Russia is kind of different, so, I don't know. Ask a Russian guy (or a chick).
